SIDE CHANNEL BLOWERS
An electric blower, in most cases side-channel blowers, is the best and most energy-efficient alternative for larger grippers, and grippers in general that require high flows of vacuum. UniGripper supplies a broad range of blowers, which allows blowers of optimal size to be supplied for each project.
A gripper system with a blower typically requires more integration than a gripper powered with ejectors.
REVERSE BLOW UNITS
Side channel blowers generate a continuous vacuum flow and a continuous exhaust flow. Our reversing valves enables the vacuum hose between blower and gripper to be linked either to the inlet or outlet of the blower
When in the outlet position, the exhaust air from the blower goes through the gripper, creating both a quick release of products for faster cycle times and caters for efficient cleaning of the gripper head
INSULATION CABINETS
Insulation cabinets are sound enclosures for side channel blowers of almost any size
The compact version comes with the blower ready to connect to power supply and also integrates a reversing valve allowing switching inlet and outlet air to the hose connection on the cabinet

The classic version is a higher model, in which it is possible to install the blower and the flow inverter vertically. However, it is the customer's responsibility to install the equipment inside the cabinet

PRELOADER
A preloader stores vacuum from the side-channel blower within the hose system, enabling near-instant suction when the UniGripper engages an object.
This accelerates cycle times and can allow for smaller blowers or compensate for long hose setups.
ACCESSORIES | SWIVEL JOINTS
Rotating the UniGripper can strain vacuum hoses, requiring careful integration to avoid wear. Our custom-designed swivel joint minimizes tension by redirecting the hose during rotation—offering a unique solution not found elsewhere on the market
Our aluminium swivel joint features a sealed, high-grade ball bearing to ensure reliable performance in demanding environments. Available in five sizes for hose diameters of 50, 63, 76, 102, and 125 mm, it supports both base-mounted installation on the UniGripper and inline hose-to-hose configurations.
